Welcome to AquaHearth Vacaville Pool Care
By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all services provided by AquaHearth Vacaville Pool Care, located at 630 Eubanks Ct Suite 400, Vacaville, CA 95688. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean AquaHearth Vacaville Pool Care. When we say "you" or "your," we mean the customer using our services.
Services We Provide
We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Vacaville, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time cleaning, green pool treatment, filter maintenance, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services.
We will perform services as agreed upon in your service contract or quote. If we need to access your property, you agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will schedule service visits at mutually agreed times. For weekly service, we aim to maintain a consistent schedule but may adjust due to weather or equipment issues.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, equipment failure, or emergency situations.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service for one-time cleanings. Weekly service customers will be billed monthly, with payment due within 15 days of invoice date. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month. If your account becomes more than 30 days overdue, we may suspend services until payment is received. You are responsible for any collection costs if we need to pursue unpaid balances.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to maintain safe access to your pool area and notify us of any hazards. You are responsible for ensuring gates, locks, or security systems allow our technicians to enter during scheduled service times.
You must inform us of any special pool conditions, recent repairs, or equipment changes that might affect our service. If your pool uses automated systems or specialty equipment, please provide necessary access codes or instructions.
Limitation of Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take care to perform quality work. However, pool maintenance involves working with chemicals, equipment, and water systems that can have unpredictable issues.
We are not liable for pre-existing pool conditions, hidden defects, or problems that develop due to equipment failure beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by your pool equipment, structural issues, or problems that existed before we began service.
Chemicals and Supplies
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for providing pool chemicals and supplies. If we provide chemicals as part of your service package, costs will be included in your invoice. We use industry-standard chemicals and follow proper safety procedures. We are not responsible for chemical reactions caused by pre-existing chemical imbalances or non-standard pool conditions.
Warranty and Guarantees
We guarantee our work meets professional standards. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
For equipment repairs, we offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor unless manufacturer warranties apply. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Termination
Either party may terminate weekly service with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment for services already provided. We may terminate service immediately if you fail to pay, deny access to your property, or violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
